TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRODUCT & COLOURS
These are all custom imprinted products and are printed individually, so each
item can not be exactly the same. Even though we use state-of-the-art
equipment and all our production staff has 10+ years of experience, we can not
control the many factors involved in creating the products. Most of these require
many steps of completion. Colour match is not guaranteed.
TRADEMARKS
Customer assumes complete responsibility for artwork and warrants that they
have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork. CDN
Printing, or its affiliates relies on the customer’s representation that they are
authorized to utilize any copy or marks and Customer holds CDN Printing, or its
affiliates harmless and will indemnify CDN Printing, or its affiliates for any and all
claims resulting from printing, embroidery or other embellishments performed
for customer by CDN Printing, or its affiliates.
SHIPPING & PICK-UP
Pick-up is from our Burlington secure facility. For shipping, we do it on clients
behalf. CDN Printing or it’s affiliates are not responsible for delays by the carrier
or damage during the shipping process. Any claims will be between the carrier
and the client. We will try to assist. From our end, our shipping team always
makes sure that all shipping items are properly packaged to avoid any transit
damage. We only use CPC, UPS, Fed/Ex or Purolator with tracking.
DELAYS
In the event CDN Printing, or its affiliates shall be unable or fail at any time to
make or supply the goods ordered due to any condition, contingency, delay,
failure or cause beyond the control of the CDN Printing, or its affiliates and
whether or not any such contingency is presently occurring, CDN Printing, or its
affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR FAILURE TO SUPPLY DURING THE
PERIOD AND TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH DISABILITY INCLUDING SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING PROFITS OR PROFITS LOST).
REFUNDS AND RETURNS ON ITEMS NOT PRINTED CORRECTLY OR DEFECTS
Items must be returned at Customers expense with tracking information. Item
will be checked for defects or if item is not printed according to the proof (if
sent). CDN Printing or its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or delays. If
item is not printed accordingly, it will be re-printed and shipped out at no
additional charge. If item was a pick-up, you will be notified when ready for pick-
up.
