Many of the products can be printed same day as long as your print files are in before 9 am and no proof is required. Ask our team which ones. On same day products extreme rush charge may apply. 3. Is there a charge if I send up to 5 images? NO We have professional in-house creative team. You can send up to 5 images and at our discretion our team can setup a collage at no extra charge. 4. Can I use my own program to design or use CANVA? YES Just have to make sure that the file is high quality and images are at least 300 dpi. Don’t worry, we always check the files and if there is an issue, we will let you know. 5. Can you make my mug look amazing? YES. Select the JAZZ-IT-UP option. The cost is between $9.95 to $14.95 and includes up to proofs. Tell us what the event is and our creative team will add a little magic to make them POP. 6. Can I pick-up my order in Burlington? YES Pick-up times are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5:45 pm 7. Are your items 100% gauranteed? Even better. Since we print them in-house, all products are triple checked. Even when you place your order, our design team makes sure your images or artwork is good. If for some reason, the item is broken or has a defect, just send it back or bring it in to our Burlington location and we will replace at no charge. Our return rate to date has been less than 1%.
