Let us know, we can remake the product and have it
shipped to you again. If they left it at your door and it

Try contacting the shipping company and provide

ANY OTHER FASTER SHIPPING METHODS?
Courier to GTA is normally next business day after
item is ready. You have to make sure someone is there
to receive it or give us instructions. Delivery is anytime
between 10 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri) by a live person.
For individuals outside GTA, you can upgrade to
Fed/Ex overnight. The price depends on parcel size
and weight. Check with us.
USA SHIPPING?
We either will use UPS or USPS priority mail. East coast
generally takes about 1-2 business days and West
coast generally takes 5 business days, if there are no
unforeseen delays.

PICK-UP OR SHIPPING FAQ
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you can pick-up any of our printing or custom photo gifts from our Burlington, ON location.
Once your product is ready, our team will notify you where to pick-up. Pick-up times are Monday to Saturday from
8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We are very pro-active in shipping. Known for timely production times. For shipping we use Canada Post
Expedited or Fed/Ex. Since Covid-19 started, all shipping companies have placed alerts for delays. If you need
your order by a certain time, premium overnight guaranteed services are available, but they are at a premium rate
not noted on our site. We will work with you.
DO YOU OFFER COURIER SERVICE TO GTA?
Yes. For only $24.95 you can order 1 or 25 different items and have it guaranteed delivered in 1 business day to
most areas within the GTA (not Niagara Falls)

You can pickup in Burlington, ON (Mon-Sat from 9 am to 5:45 pm), courier to certain areas of GTA. You can also make other
