HOW DO I SET-UP MY FILES FOR PRINTING?

This will help ensure compatibility with our printing process.

If you are designing the pages yourself or having a designer, make sure that they carefully look for any typo’s, layout issues before
sending us the file(s). We do not check the files for mistakes, we only do a quick check to see if we are seeing what you see.
WILL I SEE A PROOF PRIOR TO PRINTING?
On standard order, yes, we will basically send you the same proof, but our team only checks that the file is right size or not and to ensure
we have received what you sent us. If you reject the proof for typo’s or other issues, we allow only one more proof. Additional proofs are
$20 ea.
CAN YOU DESIGN THE PRODUCT FOR YOU OR WE HAVE A FILE, BUT NEED IT ADJUSTED?
NO RELEASE DESIGNING: This option comes with a fixed rate, including up to two complimentary proofs. Additional proofs are available
for an extra $15 each. Approximately 95% of businesses fall within this category. The benefit is that you receive premium design service at
a fixed cost. However, the downside is that we retain the artwork and do not share it with others. You can use this artwork for future
printing needs. If you require minor changes, such as a single line of text, the cost can be as low as $10. This service starts at $59 for a
business card. If you prefer to come in person for changes, that's certainly possible, but each change and review will be considered a
proof. We need to enforce this due to the time our designer invests. We recommend handling initial changes online to minimize
distractions.
FULL CUSTOMIZATION: This option works on an hourly basis. Our team is highly efficient, drawing from decades of experience, and skilled
in various aspects of the printing process, including pre-press, production, and installation. This breadth of experience enhances their
designing abilities. With full customization, you have the freedom to take your time and have the design exactly as you want it. It's akin to
having your own personal assistant. Once you're satisfied, we will provide you with all the files and store them in our system as well.
CORPORATE FRANCHISE SOLUTION: If you're a corporate franchise looking to create fixed formats for your printing products, signs,
stamps, and other items, we can help. We routinely assist with this. You would only incur the cost as if you were designing a single product
with us. If you qualify, we can create an ordering page template. This template enables your franchisees to conveniently place their orders
online. They can handle payments and select either pick-up or delivery within Canada or the USA, all within the parameters you establish.
HOW LONG DOES PRINTING TAKE?
Everything internally moves very fast. Whether you order 1 set of business cards or 100, it take the same time. Our site notes the
production times. When you are order, make sure to view the print times. We are very accurate. Print time begins ones your proof is
approved. Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Daily cut-off is 10 am. Proof or order in after the cut-off are considered
coming in the following day.
CAN I PICK-UP OR DO YOU SHIP?
Yes, you can pick-up in Burlington, ON contact less Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 5:30 pm or we can ship these to you. You can
even use your shipping accounts or have us use ours. All items shipped from us will have tracking information. In general we will use UPS,
FED/EX or Canada Post Expedited service.
