TIPS + GUIDELINES
Our team is here to ensure your printing product looks amazing. All
items are printed in full colour process for an amazing look and feel.
Follow the simple tips noted below. To help you further, you can
download our guidelines, then build your artwork within the guidelines.
What type of files should I send over?
We recommend saving your file as press or high quality in PDF. You can also send us files in JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF or SVG
• 300 DPI or higher
• Flatten the file(s)
• For black use 60, 40, 40, 100 (for labels use 100% black)
What colour mode should my files be in?
You finished work should always be in CMYK.
What if I can’t. Our internal AI system during the press run, we convert the file(s), but we would not know the outcome,
until it print.

If my file has Pantone® colours, will you match it?
We strongly recommend that before you send us your file, make sure everything is in CMYK.
In general, if you do send us a Pantone® file, our AI system will cover it during the press run and may or may not be happy
with the result. How does it differ? Here is a what could change?
How should I setup my files with bleed?
1.
Give us an extra 0.125” extra on each side.
2.
Make sure all text is atleast 0.125” inside the cut lines.
3.
For booklets and presentation folders give us 0.25” extra on each side and make sure to keep all text atleast 0.25”
inside.

Will I see a proof prior to printing?
When you place your order, upload your file and submit your paid order. Our design and pre-press team will double check
visually that it is correct. If there are issues they will let you know. If there are no issues, they will send you an online proof
to ensure have the right specifications and the file you sent is the one we are printing.
