FAQ Q: Are these instant products printed in Canada? A: Yes. They are printed in Burlington, ON Q: I know you have short operating hours, can I order after hours? Email support is from 8 AM - 12 Midnight 7 days a week. You can also place your order 24/7. We do artwork 24/7. Q: Are these 100% Guaranteed? A: Quality is everything to us. Before we even ship-out, we check carefully that it is done right. If for any reason the product has a defect or we printed it wrong, we will gladly replace it. Q: Do you have any set-up charges on Photo/Personalized     Products? A: Basic set-up is FREE. Meaning, checking, cropping and minor adjustment. Q: How do I know if the image will print clear? A: Simply size the image yourself at home and print it on your ink jet. If it looks good, well it will look great when we do it. Q: On rush orders, do you guarantee next day delivery? A: If your order is in before 12 noon and there are no surprises, it will be ready for pick-up at 10:30 AM next business day or it will ship-out via Fed/Ex Ground. Fed/Ex Ground within GTA is normally noted 1-2 days, but we normally see it as 1 day. Once it leaves us, we are not responsible for delivery. If you really was a guaranteed delivery, you may want us to quote your on overnight guaranteed shipping price. Q: If I wanted to pick-up the product, where do I go? A: We are open Monday - Friday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. For map and direction go to our CONTACT PAGE. Q: Do I need a Paypal® account to use Paypal® A: NO. Just use the credit card payment option on Paypal® Q: Can I pay by debit? A: Yes, only at our sales centre in Burlington, ON only. Q: I am a corporate client and ordering more than $100. Can I pay by cheque or E-Transfer? A: Yes. For cheques, they have to be authorized or certified. For E-Transfer, contact us for instructions. Q: Can I do C.O.D? A: Sorry, no. All order are pre-paid and no exceptions. Q: Do you have somewhere where I can pick a saying or a photo or some a funny image and add a line or two? A: Yes. click on the image below and pick an image, then let us know which one and what text you like to add. We do the rest and the cost is $9.95. Just remember, once you get the image, you can’t change it. Why not, because we purchase the image. If you are making 20 mugs with to same set-up, then it is still $9.95 for  Q: If I am having a corporate party or a family reunion and would like either each mug or t-shirt to have each persons name, can I do this? Absolutely. Let’s say you are doing 10 mugs and would like each one to have a different persons name, it would only be $2 extra per mug. For a t-shirt, if the name is within 2”x8”, it would be the same - $2 extra per shirt. Q: I have my kids drawing from school and would like to place it on a personalized product. I don’t have a scanner. Can you help me? Yes, send it to us or bring it to us, we can scan and place and there is no extra charge for this. Have any other questions?
