1. General By placing an order with Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all products and services provided by Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates. 2. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy All products produced by Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates are custom-made to the customer’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products: All orders are final once approved and submitted for production. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizing, quantities, colors, spelling, artwork, and design approvals before confirming their order. 3. Artwork & Proof Approval Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs and mockups prior to approval. Approval of artwork confirms that: All text, spelling, grammar, and design elements are correct. Sizing, placement, and colors are accepted. The order is authorized for production. Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not responsible for errors approved by the customer. 4. Color Variations Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or previous orders due to differences in screen displays, materials, inks, and production processes. Minor color variations are considered acceptable and are not grounds for refund or reprint. 5. Rush Orders Rush production and expedited turnaround services may be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in writing prior to production. While Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates will make every reasonable effort to meet rush deadlines, all rush timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not responsible for delays caused by: Late customer approvals Supplier availability Shipping carrier delays Equipment issues Circumstances beyond our control Rush order fees are non-refundable once production has begun. 6. Apparel Sizing Disclaimer Customers are responsible for selecting and confirming all garment sizes prior to production. Sizing may vary slightly between brands, styles, manufacturers, and garment types. Customers are encouraged to review sizing charts carefully before placing an order. Because all apparel is custom printed or decorated: All apparel sales are final No exchanges or refunds will be provided for incorrect size selection Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not responsible for fit preferences or sizing discrepancies within standard manufacturing tolerances 7. Customer-Supplied Garments & Materials Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not responsible for issues arising from customer-supplied garments, apparel, fabrics, or materials, including but not limited to: Print defects caused by fabric composition or garment condition Dye migration, discoloration, scorching, shrinking, or material inconsistencies Damage occurring during printing, pressing, embroidery, or production processes While every reasonable effort will be made to handle customer-supplied items with care, all such items are submitted at the customer’s own risk. Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for damaged customer-supplied items under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for supplying garments and materials suitable for the intended decoration method. 8. Production & Turnaround Times Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing. Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not responsible for delays caused by: Shipping carriers Supplier shortages Weather conditions Customer delays in approvals or payment Circumstances beyond our control 9. Payments Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not enter production until: Payment has been received Artwork/design approvals have been confirmed Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of service. 10. Shipping & Delivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not responsible for: Incorrect shipping addresses Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped Carrier-related damages or delays Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the shipping provider. 11. Damaged or Defective Products Customers must inspect all orders upon receipt. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within [48 hours / 5 days] of delivery and include: Order number Description of the issue Clear photos of the product If a production defect is confirmed Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates may choose to repair, replace, or reprint the affected items at its discretion. 12. Intellectual Property Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted for printing. Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials. 13. Chargeback Policy By placing an order with Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for custom products that have been approved, produced, or delivered in accordance with the order specifications. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute: Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates reserves the right to provide proof of customer approval, invoices, mockups, communications, tracking information, and completed work to the payment provider or financial institution. Customers agree to contact Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates directly to attempt to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the customer being responsible for all associated costs, fees, collections, legal expenses, and recovery costs incurred by Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates. Custom products approved by the customer are considered non-refundable and final sale. 14. Limitation of Liability Creative Designing ‘N’ Printing, CDN Printing, Harmony or any of its affiliates liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 15.
