High Resolution PDF(Recommended)
JPEG, TIFF, EPS or CDR

Make sure your file is in CMYK. It is preferred that the fonts are converted to outlines or curves.

Remember no crop marks and no trim marks.
Horizontal or Vertical

Same principal. Just give us an extra .0625" extra on each side.
