Plates: Follow the maximum printable area. Either send us the image exactly the size you need or send us an uncropped image with plenty of area available for our team to cut a circle out-of-it. Plate with Bleed: Send us the image with plenty of area to crop to a circle. This process requires a special FX effect. Since the image is embedded-in, on the dip areas, there may be slight anomalies, which is standard. Glass Display, Plush Animal, Hockey Pucks: Provide us with the exact size. Our team will expand it a little. Mouse Pad, Pillows, Playing Cards and Calendars: Make sure to give us 0.25” extra on each end and make sure everything you don’t want cut-off is 0.25” inside on each edge. File type accepted: SVG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF or CDR Minimum resolution: 300 dpi.

This is great for ones that are not designers. You can send us your image, tell us what it’s for and our team will do the following: 1. Add some life to it with graphics 2. Enhance the image 3. Setup properly 4. Our teams are fast, so we allocated up to 15 minutes of design time and up to 2 online proofs. Allow up to 24 hours for a proof, which adds to the print time. Cost for this service is only $14.95 If you are printing 10 mugs, but the image is the same for all, then the cost is $14.95 for all items.
